Complete our Client Feedback Survey
Although we meet with clients on a regular basis and conduct client reviews to understand their financial position and potential areas of concern, we wanted to introduce a new communication forum. The survey provided the perfect opportunity to give unbiased feedback to help C+T deliver and exceed the level of service expected by our clients.
Clients were selected at random from our database but covered each of the key areas of our work. The survey included six questions ranging from the level of satisfaction with the service received to topics clients would like us to hold a seminar or briefing on.
The partnership is delighted with the findings from the survey so far. Key strengths indicated by our clients are:
- Well presented information
- Friendly staff
- Professional/ quality of individuals in the firm
- Our reputation
- Customer service
- Our independent Scottish business
- The relationships we build and the personal touch we provide
- Our attention to detail
- The accessibility and flexibility of our staff and partners
However, we understand that you want even more proactive information from us, further email alerts with details of potential changes to regulations and more transparency on costs. Additionally, you’ve told us that the areas you would like us to host an event on include:
- Pension changes
- Accounting essentials
- Component accounting
- All areas of tax
- Business structures
- Payroll
Over 80% of clients said that they are either delighted or very happy with the service provided and 15% said that our service is satisfactory. Our priority is to now look at the feedback in detail and consider areas for improvement in the short and long term.
